Korea Flute Festival Soloists 코리아플루트페스티벌솔로이스츠 / Republic of Korea

포토
The Korea Flute Soloists is a flute ensemble established by Myung-Joo Ahn, who previously served as the principal flutist of the KBS Symphony Orchestra and is currently a professor at Busan National University. Founded in 2008, the ensemble was created with the aim of promoting the flute in Korea and providing a platform for Korean flutists to step onto the global stage through interaction with renowned international performers. Starting with an invitation to perform at the Jeju International Wind Ensemble Festival in 2008, the group has been dedicated to exploring a wide repertoire of flute ensemble music, spanning from classical to contemporary works, through scholarly endeavors and continuous performances.

The Korea Flute Soloists has actively engaged in various concerts and festivals such as Chuncheon National Amateur Music Festival 2012, the Uijeongbu Civic Year-End Concert, the 2015 invitation performance at Jeungpyeong Culture Center, the 2017 Daegu Flute Music Fair, and concerts at Elim Art Center. Through these activities, the ensemble continues to pioneer new horizons for the flute.
